President of the Portuguese Chapter of the International Society of Addiction Nurses (IntNSA) in 2019-2022. Researcher at the Nursing Research & Development Unit (UI & DE / ESEL). Several articles published mainly on nursing care with addicts, family intervention and psychotherapeutic interventions. Also interested in management in Psychiatry units. Reviewer in some national and international magazines.
