Mr. De la Parra is an entrepreneur focused on Information Technology, Education and Health. He is creative and results-driven and has 16+ years of Digital Strategy experience in architecture and implementation. Mr. De la Parra is the COO and Co-founding Partner at The Solomon Brokerage Firm. He currently leads as CEO at Mass Media Division & De la Parra Mobile Solutions, while also being the President of PetroM Renewable, VP of Operations & Strategy at PetroM Logistics, both divisions of PetroM Corp. Former COO & Co-founder at RegenerAge® Clinic & RegenerAge® Beauty & a member of the Board of Advisors. Former CEO & Founder at Astrum Salud Móvil and its Telemedicine service Astrum Móvil, former Digital Strategy Director & Co-founder at Dr. Jois®, BiorganicAging®, What Skin Needs™/WSN International Pty. He is also an Advisory Board member, functioned as the Chief Operating Officer and is a Co-founding Partner at The Reprogramming Medicine Association. Jean Christophe BUKASA TSHILONDA holds a Master in Public Health from the School of Public Health of the University of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is Chief of Works at the MBUJIMAYI Higher Institute of Medical Technology in KASAI ORIENTAL in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is a member of the learned society of hospital hygiene, the learned American society of microbiology. He has more than 20 publications in international journals that have been cited more than 50 times.

Michael Kaltenbach is a Part-time Lecturer at Rutgers University School of Social Work, teaching a course in Human Behavior in the Social Environment. He has previously taught BSW and MSW level courses in crisis intervention and brief therapy, intro. to social welfare / human services, communication in social work practice, human behavior and the social environment, and emotional disorders in childhood and adolescents at Temple University and the University of Southern California. Kaltenbach has been working in the field of psychology and social work for the past twenty-five years, and eighteen of those years have been since he received his master’s degree in Social Work. His doctoral dissertation research interest focused on how sexual behaviors have changed due to the usage of PrEP, as a HIV preventive method. His research data as interpreted through the theoretical / conceptual perspectives of cognitive-behavioral theory and relational-cultural therapy. Kaltenbach is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, New York, and Pennsylvania, and has many years of experience providing psychotherapy, case management, and other social services in a variety of settings: hospitals, HIV outpatient clinics, schools, foster care agencies, senior residential facilities, group homes, outpatient community counseling centers, etc. He has experience providing Clinical Supervision as well as Field Instruction to MSW level Social Workers and Interns from USC and UCLA. He formerly served as a Co-Facilitator for the LA County HIV Mental Health Task Force, and has provided lectures on various mental health topics. Previously, he was a Teacher’s Assistant (T.A.) for a professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice’s MSW level course on Post-colonial Social Work Practice: International Social Welfare in Kolkata, India. He enjoys traveling and learning about various cultures. After he obtained his bachelor’s degree he served as an US Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, West Africa. When Kaltenbach is not teaching, he currently provides psychotherapy in his private practice office located in Philadelphia, PA. He also provides psychotherapy on a fee-for-service basis at outpatient community counseling centers in West and South Philadelphia, and at a Senior Assisted Living Facility in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY and in Manhattan, NYC.

As Chief Scientific Officer and Vice-President R&D at Fluorotronics, Inc. he actively participated in the development of the disruptive “Carbon-Fluorine Spectroscopy”. Dr. Menaa collaborates with various organizations worldwide. He is a member of several prestigious medical and scientific organizations and editorial boards in the field of medicine, science, technology and business, including in the nano-segment. He has authored more than 100 articles including research and review articles, books, book chapters, textbooks, proceedings, and has participated to over 200 scientific international events including as co-organizer, keynote speaker, chairman. Since 2007 Chairman Committee of Biotechnologies and VirusSphere, World Academy Biomedical Technologies, UNESCO, Adjunct Professor Department Biology, Temple University, College of Science and Technology, Philadelphia, recipient of the Sbarro Health Research Organization lifetime achievement award (2010). President, Foundation de Beaumont Bonelli for Cancer Research. His basic researches have been concerned with antigens induced early during the replication cycle of human herpesviruses. Another study has involved the identification, isolation and characterization of specific virus-induced tumour antigens, which were the "finger-prints" left behind in human cancer. Achievements include patents in field; discovery of Respiratory Syncytial Virus in infant deaths in Naples and of tumor liberated protein as a tumor associated antigen, 55 kilodalton protein overexpressed in lung tumors and other epithelial adenocarcinomas.

Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.


Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.


Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact to request a personalized letter of invitation.

Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.

Cancellation Policy

If Allied Academies cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.


If Allied Academies postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to . Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied Academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied Academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-

Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee

Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund

Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund

E-Poster and Token amount Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Allied Academies will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
